That is exactly what Nomad is about: a made-to-measure multi-user, multi-language, multi-level e-newsletter generation tool blending inputs from a central organisation with those of its local relays.
Amongst other features, Nomad allows you, as a central organisation, to:

- Share it with your local relays to adapt some contents
- Manage all lists of subscribers
- Send, on the fly, all modified versions of the newsletter

The European Economic and
Social Committee
The European Economic and Social Committee is a bridge between the European Institutions and organised civil society towards which it communicates European decisions through the intermediary of a panel of 344 members themselves in contact with a multitude of networks and representatives.
In the context of updating its communication policy, the EESC entrusted Blue4You with a project for creating and sending e-newsletters known as "e-Bridge".
The tool developed by Blue4You enables customisation of an
"e-Bridge" for each of the 344 members, in all 23 European languages.
The tool offers unique functionalities enabling information to be disseminated based on local networks.
